Communication skills- surely needs an attention


Many of us think that English is a language that has to be used only for increasing our total score in Higher secondary & pass at college level. How many of us think really that it is vital for making ourselves competent in this world of stiff competition. Read this article to know the vistas of English which spearheads our career.

UGC (University Grants Commission) suggests that any individual who graduates from an university should know the synonyms for atleast 500 words.We are envisaging many situvations where students having educational qualifications in diversified fields including engineering,Medicine lacks basically in proper communication skills. Statistical reports say that 65% of students completing their graduation (irrespective of educatioanl disciplines)does not have the ability to communicate in english precisely & it is shocking to view that this figure is huge in Rural areas.

Communication skills does not gets confined only speaking in english. It revolves around many spheres that includes reading,writing,public speaking,comprehensive writing & much more.In today's world,IT companies struggle a lot with their employees who were excellent in their domain still does not posses effective communication in english which inturn brings them down even though they are efficient. Now, it is really a pathetic situvation where lack of communication skills inhibits our students in entering the arena of opportunities who can excel globally.

We could see many english crash courses were conducted which were available almost in all streets particularly in chennai. This pilferaged blackouts pester money from students / office goers & other patrons who are badly in need to improve their vocabulary & speaking skills becomes the prey in their lucrative buisness. It is so sad to hear the ramphages they make to keep themselves tongue-tipped with english & plights they encounter in understanding the underlying principle for every connotation makes us to devastate mentally. Many institutes boast that they follow oxford, cambridge & other training methodologies to improve communication skills. Please ensure that people who gets trained in those institutes even forget the basic principles that needs to be followed when speaking & become totally messed ending up with confusion & thriftness.
