Tender coconut is a very good helth drink which helps in curing indigestion, cleanse the kidneys.
Tender coconuts stimulate your digestive system. It also helps to cleanse the kidneys .
It is very good for children.Tender cocomut can be given to children suffering from hook worms. This will eliminate the worms . This will help to control dehydration in cholera patients.
The "Gel" produced from tender coconut is an effective medicine for eye diseases. The protein content of tender coconut is equalent to that of brest milk . Other than protein, tender coconut is rich with minerals like potassiun, sodium, chloride, iron, phospherous etc. Any how should not have tender coconut in empty stomach since it will result in burns in the intestine.
