You are right Anand, Heavy spot fines for littering on the road, throwing garbage near the bin, throwing cigarette buds, urinating in the public place etc. Add these things also. Foot board traveling even there is place inside the bus and try to touch the ladies driving two wheelers. I saw this yesterday.
When you are saying about foot board travel , please remember we don't have adequate buses . All the buses are almost run more than full capacity most of time . It is a night marish experience if you travel during peak hours. Regarding corruption , how many people who caught were punished . There should be a time frame to finish all enquiries. Justice delayed is justice denied. It is we the people , should take initiative to make our society more and more worth .
May be you are right. The number of buses are not adequate. But I saw youngsters traveling in the foot board but there was plenty of space inside. They just wanted to touch, drag the ladies who were driving two wheelers.
Don't take my suggestion in wrong way. See first we have to correct ourself. Many youth and elders don't follow the traffic rules like not wearing helmet, No license. First ourself should be clean & perfect which make our surrounding the same .
Yes parthiban. You are correct. Actually first government implemented it strictly in chennai and was collecting fine from people who violated that. But nowadays nobody is following that. I think every organisation whether it is private or public should insist that their employees should wear helmet. Though some organisations have made wearing helmet mandatory man are not following that.
