Discuss: Is Brain Drain inevitable in our country?

This thread is to discuss the opinion poll topic 'Is Brain Drain inevitable in our country?'.
It is a true fact that today's younger generation is more interested in the best, hefty pay packet and facilities rather than best job in India. But it is not their fault. The easy money, the comfortable life on the other side always pulls them. It is but a fact that while some take the first flight out of the country, the less talented and the financially weaker ones unfortunately remain to run around looking for jobs to suit their qualifications.

The irony, however, is that they can't be blamed for taking this path leaving their mother land which gave them a decent education and responsible for what they are today... So, who will take the blame, the professionals or the System?

Finding a suitable job and keeping the feet firmly on it is itself is an uphill task, it is all the more difficult to climb the professional ladder with only merit to back one up. In Indian scenario, one hardly gets paid equal to what one gets in dollars. This cannot be stopped but can be prevented to some extent. 'Better late than Never!'

    Mathangi-

Things will be changed soon. Now many youngster are willing to FLY because of onsite addiction. but that addiction will not be for long time.If u ask people who returned from onsite;major people will say i wont go Aborad again.Thats the FACT. Things which are happening in our neighbouring countries are not good now a days. So youngers are changing slowly. It will take some time but will change...

One day all people from other countries will come to ur INDIA to work.

There will be Best and Better future in Our Country.

    Regards
    Sussil
