Discuss: Is the parallel educational system of tuitions unavoidable in today's scenario?

This thread is to discuss the opinion poll topic 'Is the parallel educational system of tuitions unavoidable in today's scenario?'.

Students get personalised attention which is absent in a regular classroom pushes them to opt for tuition classes. Earlier a school teacher would help a weaker student in studies by spending extra time staying after school hours free of cost. On the contrary current day teachers help the same students, and tuitions without a fee are the exception and not a rule as every statement is a rule and every rule has an exception.
Teachers express their point of view stating that due to both the parents working and not getting enough time to spend with thier wards, they feel tuitions are the better way to monitor the chilldren and they are paid for the extra care they take.
The reason for mushrooming of private tuition is the poor salary offered to the teachers, forcing them to opt for taking tuitions. A parallel tuition industry survives which drains the parents budget.
